An advanced cycling class that pushes your limits with higher intensity and rhythm for a unique workout experience!


Class Highlights

  • Designed for Advanced Riders: Tailored for participants already familiar with basic cycling postures and movements to enhance strength, endurance, and rhythm control.
  • Enhanced Rhythm Training: Music BPM ranges from 150-170, incorporating double-beat sprints up to 300~400 BPM to push your speed limits.
  • Varied Movement Design: Includes “running positions,” “light sprints,” and “high-intensity standing sprints,” adding variety and challenge to the ride.
  • Focus on Endurance and Strength: Combines medium-to-high-speed transitions and double-beat rhythms to build muscular endurance and cardiovascular fitness.

Important Notes

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early for bike setup assistance and a basic warm-up guided by the instructor.

  • Showers and comfortable changing facilities are available after class to help you recover in the best possible way.
